Sebastopol, Magpie, Gong Gong, Sexton, Ballan and Shelford were all affected by power shortages. Some homes at Gordon, Brown Hill and Blackwood remain without power.Powercor corporate affairs manager Hugo Armstrong said the region's flooding was making it difficult to get in and access the affected areas.
