THREE weeks remain until punters flock to the Pyrenees for the 13th Rainbow Serpent Festival.
Close to 13,000 people are expected to attend the event, which will be held in the native bushland between Beaufort and Lexton from January 21 to 24.
Rainbow Serpent Festival organiser Tim Harvey said punters could expect more of the same as every year — amazing music, fantastic art, speakers and sculpture.
Music-wise, festival-goers can expect to see over 100 artists across a multitude of music genres, including progressive trance, electro, house, breaks, dub and ambient.
Pyrenees Shire mayor Michael O'Connor said businesses, including the motel, hotel and caravan park, in Beaufort were close to fully booked during the weekend.
"It certainly does embrace the community. We are very supportive of the festival," Cr O'Connor said.
Tickets are available on the gate or before the event online at www.rainbowserpent.net.
