NOTHING will stop SpringFest Market Sunday going ahead this weekend.More than 15,000 people are expected to brave the forecast chilly conditions to attend one of Ballarat's biggest day events. With 360 stalls already booked in to stretch six kilometre around the lake, SpringFest director Frank Cotronea said the day was certain to feature something for everybody.Highlights will include the RAAF Roulettes aerobatic display, the Shannon's Vintage Car Picnic by the lake which is expected to attract up to 700 cars and a live broadcast of the ABC's Australia All Over radio program with Macca. "Even if the weather's not the best, people should still come out and enjoy what will be a fantastic day," he said. All proceeds from the day will go towards local charities and community groups.
