HUNDREDS of people are expected at The Art Gallery of Ballarat for the final days of the John Lennon _ Imagine! exhibition.
To coincide with the Easter long-weekend, there will be free film screenings and live music, all with a 60s and 70s theme.
Today between 12pm and 2pm, Rubbersoul will recreate the look and sound of the Beatles at Alfred Deakin Place, in Camp St.
My Other Brother will perform Lennon and Beatles cover songs from 2.30pm to 4pm.
The free live music will continue tomorrow, with the John Lennon Show on stage from 12pm to 2pm.
Alan Jager will perform a Lennon tribute with a five-piece band.
Beatles, Lennon and 60s tunes will again be heard in the gallery precinct on Monday between 11am and 3pm, when Capital takes to the stage.
The John Lennon _ Imagine! exhibition opened on February 21 and has attracted people from Victoria and interstate. It came to Ballarat from London's Proud Gallery and features nearly 60 images taken by world-class photographers.
The City of Ballarat's cultural development manager Ron Egeberg said the gallery was open between 9am and 5pm daily.
