Record entries for cycling titles

Australian three-time world champion Michael Rogers heads a world class field for the Scody Australian Open Road Cycling Championships at Buninyong on Jaunuary 7-11.

Six men's and women's title events have attracted a record 400 entries.

German great Judith Arndt provides an overseas flavour to the women's field.

Championships director John Craven said having riders of the calibre of Rogers and Arndt was a terrific vote of confidence in the City of Ballarat's promotion of the event.
