BALLARAT Gold Diggers have qualified for a junior squad championship in Bendigo by comfortably beating Geelong Giants with all three teams up.Ryan Bedggood, Matthew Blackburn, and Jacob Croft won 21-11.Todd Blackburn, Brad Sargent and Tanner Dickson Arthur won 19-8, and Jayke Clarke, Dominic Boratto and Lachlan Wood won 17-15.It was the final Gold Diggers appearance for Sargeant and Wood, who soon turn 18.All juniors bowlers are urged to attend coaching and practice at Webbcona on Sunday, 10am.
