Brendan Batchelor was last seen evading police on Thursday, November 15 from a Buninyong address.
His whereabouts are currently unknown and police say he is “actively avoiding apprehension.”
Batchelor is 18 years old, 180 centimetres tall with a thin build, brown hair and a fair complexion.

Crime Stoppers and Ballarat police are appealing for public assistance in relation to a theft which occurred at an electronics shop in Ballarat.
On May 16, a female entered the shop and while the attendant was busy, the offender selected a Dell laptop, placed it under her arm and left the store.
