The Red Caps rolled East Ballarat well shy of their total of 216, posted on day one of the two-day clash at East Ballarat Secondary College.
Anthony Beacham, promoted from the seconds in the absence of a host of key players this round, snared an impressive 5-14 from his 13 overs as Wendouree controlled the match from the start of the day.
Jordan Oliver (2-18) and Sam Peeters (2-31) also chimed in with wickets as the Hawks were bundled out for 108.
Elsewhere, Ballarat-Redan clinched first innings points but just missed outright success, having Coronet City seven down in the second dig before stumps were called at City Oval.
Mt Clear passed Golden Point's 105, bowled out for 207, North Ballarat could only manage 175 in pursuit of Brown Hill's mammoth 344 and Napoleons-Sebastopol was dismissed for 142 after passing Darley's 75.
