The school’s student representative council organised a fundraiser for its parish’s Christmas Day community lunch, raising $150 towards decorations for the annual event.
The event is now in its 22nd year, providing a traditional two-course Christmas meal for those in the community who may be spending the Christmas Day alone or without food.
Pupils used the money raised to buy chocolates and 12 table centrepieces made up of candles, tinsel wreaths and star garlands.
Community members volunteer their time on Christmas Day to prepare, serve and clean up.
The lunch will be held at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Parish, Wendouree on Christmas Day. To register your attendance, call 5339 2302.
