Bam Margera, best known for his work as a pro-skater, daredevil and media personality, will be taking to the stage on Friday with Ballarat and Geelong the only two regional centres in the state earmarked as part of his tour. Margera will travel alongside CKY legends Chad and Matty J, Guttermouth’s Alex on drums and Jackass’s Brandon Novak, performing live music and stunts which he and his team are known for.
Karova Lounge music coordinator Shaun Adams said the show had received an amazing response with tickets selling out in advance. “I guess you get that with Bam coming from such an infamous crew like Jackass. Who knows what to expect, but I am sure it will be entertaining,” he said.
Margera first broke onto the national scene as a 13-year-old professional skater known for his creative street style and crazy antics. As a teenager he created the CKY video series which featured skating, pranks and stunts. Margera’s unique on-screen personality and the success of the CKY video series later became the platform for the hit MTV shows Jackass, Jackass, The Movie and Viva La Bam all in which he starred.
