The Vics will meet New South Wales in the decider at Eastern Oval following their 60-run win over Queensland, at Wendouree, yesterday.
Tatchell didn’t play a role in the victory, but has so far made 40 runs and taken five wickets during the carnival.
The result left Victoria second on the table behind New South Wales, which reached the final after victory over ACT.
South Australia collected a big win over Tasmina in yesterday’s other encounter.
