ONCE again Bill Dobell in his letter, June 8, misrepresents the facts, this time concerning carbon pricing.
Treasury modelling shows increases in cost of living will be minimal and compensated for most of us, not massive.
There is no huge unrest in the government.
As for a divisive government, the independents in parliament voted for carbon pricing.
Carbon pricing will not cripple industry or cost the jobs Dobell and Abbott claim. This scare tactic is being regularly refuted by industry leaders.
I doubt that Dobell is an economist, so these references to looming global crisis, recession and depression need to be backed up by evidence. Where is it, Bill.
Pathetic attempts by the asinine to sway public opinion only attracts the asinine.
