ILLABAROOK coach Rod Gladman says unrelenting pressure will be the key as his side looks to pull off the upset of the year this weekend.
Gladman said rivals Daylesford aren’t travelling as well as they had in recent seasons, and said he would go into the clash with a game plan to beat last year’s grand finalists.

Sitting eighth, its predicament is cause for concern for coach Andrew Button, who has conceded his team has an uphill battle to secure a top four berth come finals.
