A ROUND of upsets in the Ballarat Football League has seen East Point end Sunbury's unbeaten run, and Sebastopol post one of its biggest wins in five years.
East Point, minus full forward Dan Jordan, enjoyed a 20-point victory over Sunbury 13.13 (91) to 10.11 (71) to further strengthen its top six claims at Eastern Oval.
While the Lions ran into yellow card trouble and lost key players Jamie Lobb and Cameron McCabe to injury, the Kangaroos went about their business efficiently.
Sebastopol, meanwhile, dominated Melton to win 23.14 (152) to 12.7 (79) at Marty Busch Reserve.
Michael Powell kicked 11 goals in a stunning performance.
In other matches, Lake Wendouree's yips in front of goal continued as Melton South won 13.12 (90) to the Lakers' 11.14 (80), North Ballarat City ended its losing streak with a 11.12 (78) to 5.9 (39) win over Darley, and Redan crushed Bacchus Marsh 19.16 (130) to 3.5 (23).
