HAWK Isaac Smith has signed new two-year deal with Hawthorn.
The Redan and North Ballarat Roosters' premiership player is the first of seven Hawks the club has re-contracted this week - one each day.
Smith's contract includes a clause for a third season.
The 23-year-old, in his second AFL season, continues to impress with his trademark speed, agility and long left-foot kick.
Hawthorn best and fairest and premiership player Brad Sewell is also touted to be among those to re-sign.
Sewell, who hails from Newlyn, was named on the AFL's free agents list in March.
