Ballarat feels earthquake tremors

A 5.2 MAGNITUDE earthquake, which hit Australia's south-east coast tonight, has been felt in Ballarat.

The quake was reported to be 9.9 kilometres deep and hit 10km south-west of Moe, in Gippsland, just before 9pm.

Victoria Police has reported a number of calls in relation to the tremor but said at this stage there were no reports of any damage.
