VICTORIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE
NORTH Ballarat Roosters have chalked up three consecutive wins and sounded the warning they are building momentum in the VFL.
Their latest scalp was the dangerous Frankston Dolphins, who they defeated by 31 points at Eureka Stadium on Saturday.
North Melbourne-listed forward Aaron Edwards (32 disposals) and onballers Cruize Garlett (35) and Myles Sewell (32) were major playmakers.
Matt Campbell (29 touches, 10 tackles) added plenty of spark up forward.
Rebounding defender Cam Richardson was also in stellar form with some clever spoiling and quick run-and-carry play.
The Roosters must regroup to face traditional finals contender Williamstown in Melbourne next week and take confidence in knowing Frankston drew with the Seagulls last round.
