A FALSE fire alarm prompted a 15 minute evacuation at Ballarat Law Courts in Grenville Street this morning.
A CFA spokeswoman said five trucks were called to the court house about 10.55am after a fire indicator alarm in the front foyer was activated.
All people in the building were asked to evacuate while firefighters assessed the scene but it was deemed a false alarm.
Court has since resumed.
