My wife made this beautifully decorated chocolate mud cake as the centrepiece and dessert for our family Christmas dinner last year. It was so amazing; none of us wanted to cut into it. When we eventually did, it tasted just as good as it looked! Submitted by Josh Smolenaers.

This is a beautiful refreshing dessert at Phoenix Brewery Restaurant. It consists of lychee cheesecake ice cream, rhubarb purée, biscuit crumbs, rhubarb crisps and lemon balm shoots. Submitted by Travis Ray.
