Senior Constable Joel Dash said the male is wanted in relation to the “deliberate interference of the Ballarat Safe City Cameras” in Little Bridge Street.
More than 80 cameras are located within the Ballarat CBD, including the Ballarat Safe City Cameras and the Bridge Mall Traders cameras.
All are monitored from the Ballarat police station.
Any information on his identity can be forwarded to Senior Constable Joel Dash at the Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
