THERE are 16 teams of four players each that will contest the Ballarat District Bowls Division Tournament of Tournaments at City Oval on Monday, March 18.
The teams are those that won the respective club tournaments throughout the season.
The draw for the tournament has been finalised by the BDBD midweek match committee, and will be available on the day.
Official welcome is at 10am, for a 10.30 start.
Each team will play three matches, one of 12 ends and two of 10 ends. The team that wins all three games will declared champion of the Tournament of Tournaments unless there is more than one team that has won all three. In which the victor will be based on shots up.
One substitute is allowed to join the original team that won the club tournament, although that player cannot replace the skipper.

Joy Adams’ team will need to notify the match committee to confirm availability. Entry is $48 per team to covers the entire.

My predictions of three out of four was not bad.
Division one champions Central Wendouree now go to play in the region pennant final between Central Highlands and Goldfields divsions at Xavier on Thursday, March 14, with the winner there to then go into the state play-offs at Barham on April 3-5.
