AN 18-year-old man walked away with minor cuts and bruises when his car flipped on Barkly Street this afternoon.
Ballarat police senior constable Kristy Robinson said the man was travelling south in a Holden Commodore sedan when his steering wheel locked and he lost control of the car about 4pm.
She said the car hit a parked car before flipping on its roof.
