Employers, workers need to co-operate

According to news reports in the media, more workers have lost their jobs, this time at the Ford plant.

Every time the wages and social security payments (not mentioning the carbon tax) go up, the harder it is for private entrepreneurs to manage.

The government has to give them more subsidies for the sake of jobs. Subsidised industries are providing vital services and a greater security of jobs.

But they are not contributing to the general prosperity and coming closer to being maintained completely by the government (nationalised).

Seeing that neither the workers nor the employers can manage without each other, there should be a better relationship and a greater co-operation between them.

However, they're not getting a good example from the government.
