Hives has captured the Australian girls' 16 and under singles clay court titles in Melbourne.
She also took out the girls' doubles.
The tournament was only her third event since returning from a mini-break to freshen up after a massive year and concentrate on the start to Year 11 studies at Mt Clear College.
Hives adds the title to the 14/under singles crown she won in Queensland in 2011.
The Kingston 16-year-old dominated on her way to her latest singles championship success in the first event on the new clay courts at Melbourne Park.
She did not lose any more than three games in any of her five matches.
Hives needed just 79 minutes to defeat Anja Dokic 6-2 6-1 and go one better than the 16/under hard court final late last year.
She partnered Katerina Valos to beat third seeds Jaimee Gilbertson and Natalie Rogers 6-1 6-2 in the doubles final.
Hives did little more on the tennis court in the opening school term than have hit-ups.
She made her return to coincide with the holiday break, reaching the semi-finals in the
Dingley open Gold AMT and Denby Park open Platimun AMT events, losing each time to the eventual title winner.
Hives has no special plans over the winter months other than playing Melbourne grade one pennant with Eaglemont and continuing her training regime.
