The trio claimed the awards in front of a packed crowd at the Ballarat Regional Tennis Centre last night.
Howard, Hepburn’s pint-sized goal attack, scored over 300 goals for the season to finish on 35 votes, ahead of Gordon’s Jaye Dalgliesh and Learmonth’s Ruby Treweek on 33 apiece.
Hearn, who finished on 34 votes, polled the most votes in a strong Springbank under-15 squad, which had three players notch up 20-plus votes for the season.
“I missed the last two games of the year – so obviously I didn’t expect to win,” Hearn said.
“I couldn’t have done it without the (Springbank) girls though, we have an amazing side and really bonded well together by end of the season.
“I was lucky enough to get a call-up for the under-17 interleague squad – and I just tried to take that experience in and grow from it.”
Sam Hucker (Creswick) finished second on 28 votes while Carngham-Linton’s Emily Gay eased into third place with 26.
O’Dwyer, Bungaree’s star all rounder, amassed 40 votes to dominate the under-17 count.
She finished ahead of Daylesford’s Izzy Vanzetta on 36, and Skipton’s Sarah Walker on 34.
