POLICE have seized more than $1 million worth of cannabis plants in the Ballarat district over the past three days.
Two hundred plants with a street value of about $500,000 were located at an Alfredton home this morning and 280 plants worth about $600,000 were found at a Learmonth home on Sunday night.
Police from the Ballarat Divisional Response Unit today helped dismantle the hydroponic equipment at the Alfredton home.
One person has been charged over the Learmonth raid while another person has been arrested and is being held in custody at the Ballarat police station.
No charges have yet been laid over the Alfredton raid.
