Once again the two organisations will team up and don the lycra for charity, with hopes of raising up to $100,000 for sick children.
On Saturday, the Ride for the Kids will get under way, in which participants will ride 1000 kilometres in just eight days.
Ride organiser and assistant manager at Woolworths Lucas, Shane Darroch, said there would also be an expansion of the charities to receive donations.
Previously Cops N Kids has been the sole benefactor, now money will also go towards cancer research as well as TLC for Kids.
The ride will leave Eastwood Street Safeway on Saturday morning and return the following Saturday, with North Melbourne AFL star Drew Petrie joining the last leg of the tour.
