Ballarat City remains undefeated in Victorian Summer Baseball League division three.
The Brewers maintained their debut season run with a 14-4 win over Chelsea Dolphins at Prince of Wales Park in Ballarat.
Ballarat heads the division three table, with all its three games decided by the 10-run mercy rule.
While the win over the Dolphins appeared clear-cut, the game was far more competitive.
Chelsea led by one run into bottom of the seventh innings, when the Brew Crew drew level.
Failing to trouble the scorers in the top of eight, the Dolphins were powerless to halt an offensive barrage as the Brewers took to relieving pitcher Brendan Robinson to blast 10 game-breaking runs on a combination of clean hitting and aggressive base-running.
Ballarat played sound defence behind another superb pitching start by Tom Harrington before Cameron Smith closed out the game.
The Brewers meet Monash University in Ballarat on Sunday from 3.30pm
