As All Hallows’ Eve approaches, Ballarat police are reminding parents to be careful of their children’s safety while trick-or-treating.
Dianne Fisher and her daughter Brianna will be celebrating tonight.
The young ‘supergirl’ has planned her trick-or-treat route around her local suburb of Wendouree, hoping to claim large amounts of bubble gum.
“Halloween is lots of fun and it gives you good exercise,” Brianna said.
With splits and cartwheels as tricks, the young gymnast celebrates Halloween every year by dressing up and collecting sweets.
Ms Fisher said Halloween was widely celebrated in the street and the Urquhart Park Primary School community.
“It’s all over Facebook,” said Ms Fisher, who has been discussing the best places to trick-or-treat within her online social network.
Equipped with a large tub of lollies, the Fisher family wait in anticipation for the young witches and ghouls coming tonight.
