The Ballarat Football League will conduct the meeting for players and volunteers interested in joining one of the clubs that will play in the Victorian Women's Football League next year.
Clubs entering teams will be introduced at the session.
The BFL website listed the following areas that will be covered at the meeting, which starts at 6.30pm at Saxon House.
- Proposed structure for the VWFL competitions and probable start date
- How to register with one of the new clubs
- Registration costs and insurance coverage
- Likely travel involved with playing in the competition
