Women's criterium crash fells riders 150m from finish

A CRASH in the elite women's criterium on Sturt Street wiped out several riders just 150m from the finish tonight.

Annette Edmondson was one of several riders who came down in the fall.

Edmondson said she was okay despite losing skin on her right shoulder, leg and hip.

Sarah Roy won the race, followed by Peta Mullens and Lauren Kitchen.
