Prazak trained and spoke to 20 students at Wendouree’s CB Fitness over the past two days while in Australia before her title defence in Melbourne.
The American-based Prazak, originally from Altona, was lured to Ballarat by gym owner Kay Hodgson, who struck up a friendship during the pair’s fight in 2010.
Hodgson said the response to Prazak’s visit had been amazing.
“It’s unbelievable,” Hodgson said. “You only have to look on my Facebook page. Everyone that’s walked out of here has said ‘thank you for bringing her here’.”
Prazak will defend her title against Queensland’s Shannon O’Connell at the Melbourne Pavilion on March 1.
