Lisa Trezise walked from the Supreme Court this morning after being sentenced to 21 months jail, wholly suspended.
She pleaded guilty to assisting an offender, recklessly causing injury and criminal damage but had an earlier murder charge dropped.
In sentencing this morning, Justice Terry Forrest said that if Trezise fails to give evidence, she breaks her undertaking to the court and can be re-sentenced.
Timothy, 14, died in the early hours of January 5 last year at a Scarsdale farmhouse when he went to the aide of his stepfather, Peter Williams, who had allegedly been lured to the property to be bashed by Darren Wilson and Joel Henderson.
Justice Forrest said Trezise's offending was at the direction of the accused murderers.
"In short, every act alleged by the prosecution to constitute your offending on this day was carried out at the direction of either Wilson or Henderson," he said.
"I accept that your personality and the irrational and aggressive behavior of both Darren Wilson and Joel Henderson made it considerably more difficult for you to reject their demands."
"By your plea of guilty... you admit that you knew or believed Joel Henderson and Darren Wilson to be guilty of a serious indictable offence and armed with this knowledge you carried out acts that impeded the apprehension, conviction or punishment of Henderson and Wilson."
Henderson and Wilson will face a further directions hearing in the Supreme Court on March 28 and will likely face an August trial.
