HOCKEY star Kate Ryan will represent Australia Country later this year.
Ryan, who plays for WestVic in the state league two competition and with Eureka Golden City in the local Hockey Ballarat league, has been picked to compete in the under-21 Oceania Championships in Fiji.
Her selection follows a standout tournament at the Australian Country Championships, held recently in Bendigo.
