TWO people were taken to hospital earlier today after their 1966 Chevrolet Impala collided with a concrete power pole.
Senior Constable Tony Creanor said the police were calling for witnesses of the crash which occurred on Main Road around midday.
Senior Constable Creanor said the vehicle was travelling in a southern direction and police were unsure as to why the vehicle left the road.
A 43-year-old male and a 42-year-old female were taken to hospital while an 11-year-old passenger in the back seat was not injured.
The two injured people were taken to the hospital for observation.
