A SEBASTOPOL man accused of leading police on a high-speed pursuit that ended with three people hospitalised will face charges in the County Court.

Troy Rule, 39, appeared briefly in Ballarat Magistrates Court yesterday for a filing hearing.
Rule is charged with a string of offences, which take him into the County Court jurisdiction, including four counts of conduct endangering life, two of negligently causing serious injury and two of dangerous driving causing serious injury.
He is also charged with several summary offences including unlicensed driving and speeding.
Rule was arrested and charged on February 16 this year after an alleged pursuit and crash in Grevillea Road, Wendouree.
Rule, a female passenger and another female were taken to hospital after the crash.
Rule was remanded to reappear in Ballarat Magistrates Court on March 17 for mention of his summary charges.
He will face a committal mention hearing for his other matters on May 22.
