Ballarat police say they are investigating a 'coward punch' which occurred on a Ballarat street late last year.
Ballarat man Daniel Lock says he feels the city isn't safe after being hit by people he didn't know while walking home in December.

There is a fresh call for information to help police catch a person or group of people responsible for lighting a string of grass fires in the Lucas area last month. More here.
The CFA say those responsible seem to have a good knowledge of fire conditions.
