POLICE
Police are calling for anyone with information over an armed robbery in Carisbrook on Friday morning.
A man attended the Carisbrook Transfer Station on Potts Lane shortly before 10.30am and had an altercation with the male attendant, where he then then retrieved a crowbar from the rear of a white ute and threatened the attendant and demanded money, before leaving the premises in the ute.

Ballarat City Fire had a very quiet night with no call outs. This morning, they were quickly called out to a few alarms.
