The blaze ignited at 7.55pm with firefighters taking about 20 minutes to bring it under control.
Incident controller Ross Powell said the shed was gutted, with the structure fully alight when firefighters arrived on the scene.
“There was an adjoining shed but we happened to save that one,” he said.
The pigs were kept on a separate part of the property and were not endangered.
Mr Powell said the shed was used for servicing tractors with chemicals and oils inside, but the cause of the non-suspicious fire was not yet clear.
“It had a couple of motorbikes and drums of oil,” he said.
“It made the fire a lot hotter.”
Fire crews from Burrumbeet, Cardigan-Windermere, Learmonth-Addington, Miners Rest and Wendouree attended.
