Booker earned the SEABL men's player of the week honour with a match-winning performance against Brisbane Spartans in Brisbane on Saturday night.
He set the court alight with eight-three-pointers on his way to 28 points at 59 per cent.
Eleven of his points came in the second quarter and another 12 - all from three-point range - in the third.
Booker complemented his scoring with three rebounds, five assists and two steals.
Ballarat won 96-70 to give it a 1-1 win-loss ratio and third place behind the unbeaten Geelong and Nunawading in the men's east conference.
Ballarat almost completed a rare double, with Rush recruit and Opals squad member Steph Cumming just missing out of the women's player of the week.
Cumming had 27 points at 50 percent, six rebounds and six assists in an 87-82 overtime victory over Brisbane Lady Spartans.
