Police reported a quiet evening with nothing of interest to report.
However, in Melbourne police are appealing for witnesses after a police divisional van was set alight in Reservoir.
A passerby noticed the police vehicle parked in a parking bay on Edwardes Street that was smoldering and alerted police.
It’s believed someone has broken a window on the passenger side of the van and set alight the passenger seat by unknown means.

FIRE
Fire crews returned to Derrinallum overnight to assist police following an explosion in the area in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Senior station officer David Mounier said crews provided assistance with breathing apparatus to police.
