Tinker, seeded third, eased her way past Ruby Grace Rothman (6-3 6-0) and and fifth seed Georgia Tovich (6-4 6-1) in yesterday's matches to set up a showdown with Stevens as the sole remaining Ballarat player in her respective division.
Marcus Tilley, the 12/under boys second seed, is also through to the semi-finals where he will play Samuel Torosidis.
However Hugh McManus, seeded third, and James O'Sullivan (sixth seed) bowed out in the quarter-finals after putting in strong performances.
Tim McConchie made the semi-finals in 14/under boys before bowing out in a tight match, while no Ballarat athletes are left standing to contest the remaining rounds of the 16/under boys and girls division.
