Police were scouring the area surrounding a local business on Tuesday afternoon after an alleged attempted robbery took place.

Police arrived at Pinky's Pizza near the corner of Sturt and Errard Street just after 1.30pm and are still interviewing people in the area.
Police said a man entered the store producing a knife and asking for money.
However, the man fled the scene after workers in the shop refused to hand anything over.
It is understood the man entered through the back door of the store before fleeing down an alley-way and onto Errard Street.
Police are unsure in which direction he ran.
The man is believed to be around six foot tall, of solid build and at the time of the incident was wearing a black hoodie, black cap and black bandana around his face.
He is believed to be aged in his 20s and caucasian.
