The student-run organisation aims to increase female participation in engineering, science and technology through fun and educational initiatives aimed at girls in primary and secondary school.
Robogals rural schools manager Shirley Tan said the workshops were designed to provide training in Lego Robotics programming which encouraged logical thinking, problem solving, as well as preparing students for learning other programming languages.
