Following a probe into the round one senior clash between the Roos and Hepburn, a league investigator has advised that the matter not proceed to tribunal.
The Burras had alleged that Allen had spat in the face of their player Leigh Santurini during the match, won by the Roos by 10 points on April 5.
Allen, a Central Highlands interleague representative and team of the year member, had been free to continue playing while the investigation took place and will line up for Waubra in its round five encounter with Gordon this coming Saturday.
Meanwhile, Ballan player Chris Wilkinson will appear at the AFL Goldfields Region Independent Tribunal tomorrow night.
This follows a separate investigation into a round one reserves clash between the Blues and Daylesford.
Wilkinson is back playing after being re-registered from a lifetime ban in 2011. He had reached the 16-week suspension threshold while playing with Sebastopol.
The investigation took place after it was alleged by the Bulldogs that he struck Edward Cooper during the round one fixture.
The investigator recommended that the case proceed to tribunal.
