The Ballarat dual Olympian will compete alongside fellow Australians Ben St Lawrence and the Ballarat Project’s Brett Robinson (ACT) in the 5000m.
Ballarat-based Selma Kajan (NSW) will run in the 800m and another Ballarat Porject member Ryan Gregson will contest the 1500m.
Birmingham, Gregson and Kajan are all set to reprrsent in the inaugural World Relay Championships in the Bahamas on May 24-25.
Vic Country will play-off for third and fourth in the national youth girls football championships in Canberra on Thursday.
The country girls will face Queensland in the division one match.
Vic Metro will defend its title after edging out Vic Country in the last round-robin match on Wednesday.
