The Buninyong Golf Club member, who plays off a handicap of six, handed in the offensive card after posting a round of 83 last month.

The person who marked the card is also being investigated over his involvement in the incident and he too stands to possibly have his membership revoked.
Buninyong Golf Club captain Frank Nolan said the images drawn on the cards were completely inappropriate, made even more offensive by the fact female members were checking the cards on the day.
Nolan said the competitor who owned the card had been tossed out after failing to justify his actions, while the marker had until next week to explain his actions.
"It's highly offensive to hand in a card of that nature and as a club we definitely won't accept it," he said.
"We like to think of golf as a gentlemanly sport and these actions were anything but that."

"We like to think of golf as a gentlemanly sport and these actions were anything but that."
The first member was issued a letter from the club asking him to justify why he should not be banned from the club over the incident, however the club never heard back from him.
The marker of the card has until June 13 to explain why he should not also be banned from the club.
"In the opinion of members of the match committee, you, as marker of the card showed no thought, care, respect or concern for whoever had to check the card - as it happened they were two respected ladies of the golf club," the letter reads.
"This type of unseemly conduct will not be tolerated at the Buninyong Golf Club."
Nolan said the club had no hesitation in dismissing the members, as their actions were far out of line with the policies and beliefs of the club.
The Courier has chosen not to identify the players involved.
