PAT Shaw has had his third top 10 finish in the National Road Cycling Series this year.
The Ballarat rider was sixth in the Great South Coast Tour on Sunday – one minute, 18 seconds down on overall winner and Genesys-Wealth Advisers teammate Anthony Giacoppo.
The team had four in the top 10 in the nine-stage event.
Shaw finished third in the Tour of Gippsland and seventh in the NSW North Western Tour after illness denied him a chance at winning three Tours of Toowoomba in a row.
The Tour of the Murray on September 2-9 is the next event in the seven-event NRS and third leg of the Scody Cup.
