This iniquitous practice, introduced by Peter Costello, might well be unconstitutional. (ch.1,pt.v,51,xxxi empowers on just terms from any person.)
This current practice is about as just as Ned Kelly at Jerilderie, in that no notice is given beforehand, and no compensation is given .
Bring on the High Court challenge.
