Pascoe made full use of her home course knowledge to street her rivals by 11 shots in the 18-hole event at Buninyong on Monday.
She carded 78 to also capture the champion of champions title for the second year in a row.
Gai Skinner from Midlands was her closest rival.
Pascoe also took out the handicap event with a 76 and the putting trophy in a domination of the day by the Ballarat district legend.
Adriana Cunnington, of Creswick, won the B grade championship with a 91.
She had a much tougher battle to get her hands on the trophy, with Skipton’s Glenys Keilar only five strokes away in second position. Cunnington also won the handicap.
The C grade championship and handicap double went to Lois Kennedy from Creswick.
